Terms of service
These terms apply to the Alpine Siege LLC website and purchases made through it. Use the product listing and the actual checkout to review the item, price, availability and order terms before payment.
Product information and vehicle application
Product development status, physical application validation and purchase availability are separate. A prototype update does not establish production availability. A saved vehicle is convenience and context only; it does not establish compatibility, change a product’s status or grant permission to purchase.
A validation result applies only to its recorded vehicle and factory-equipment qualifier. A different year, model or configuration does not inherit that result. Contact Support if the application or installation prerequisites are unclear.
Orders and availability
Prices, available variants and purchase availability are those presented by the product listing and checkout for the actual order. Review your selection, contact details and delivery address before submitting payment. If an error or an inability to supply affects an order, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate correction or refund.
Factory-navigation-equipped 2003–2007 Lexus LX470 offers use a $1,199 full-payment preorder with $0 remaining. 2004–2007 are Fully Validated. 2003 remains Final Validation In Progress and requires a separate acknowledgement. If Alpine Siege determines during final validation that the production controller cannot support the 2003 LX470 application, the preorder will be cancelled and refunded in full. The 2003–2007 Toyota Land Cruiser factory-navigation offer remains Validation In Progress and uses a $99 reservation toward the $1,199 total, with $1,100 remaining per unit. A reservation does not confirm compatibility. Free U.S. shipping. Selected international HVAC shipping is $35 or $50 USD per order / shipment, not per unit. Other products may add their own shipping charges. Taxes calculated at checkout where applicable.
For Land Cruiser reservation applications, $99 is due today toward the product. Only after the exact application is validated and the order is cleared to proceed, Alpine Siege sends an invoice for the remaining $1,100 per unit. The customer pays the invoice; Alpine Siege does not automatically charge the stored card. Production remains on hold until payment succeeds. Sending an invoice or releasing a fulfillment hold is not payment or shipment. A failed payment preserves original priority and consumes no production allocation.
Original preorder priority is established when the required initial payment succeeds. Production release requires validation approval, production readiness and successful full payment. Later payment does not displace units already released to manufacturing. Historical waitlist position, carts, unpaid orders and browser timestamps do not establish priority.
Lexus LX470 — Estimated delivery: Q1 2027. Toyota Land Cruiser — Estimated delivery: Q2 2027. These are estimates. Production release requires exact application validation, production readiness and successful full payment.
HVAC shipping is available to the United States at no charge, and to these selected international destinations: Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Singapore at $35 USD; United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman at $50 USD. Rates are per order / HVAC shipment, not per unit. All other international destinations are unavailable. Other products retain their own shipping terms and availability.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs charges, or carrier brokerage fees. Unless explicitly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
