Refund policy

Alpine Siege LLC accepts eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact Support to request authorization before sending anything back.

Return condition

Items must be unused, uninstalled and in substantially original condition, with the included parts and packaging. There is no restocking fee. Installed products are not eligible for an ordinary change-of-mind return; a genuine defect is handled under our Warranty. These conditions do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

Authorization and shipping

Provide your order reference and reason for the return. Support will confirm the next steps and provide the appropriate return address privately. Do not send a return to an address found elsewhere without authorization.

You are responsible for ordinary change-of-mind return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or confirm a product defect, Alpine Siege covers reasonable shipping needed to correct the issue. Contact Support first so that the method and costs can be agreed.

Refunds

For an approved return, we review the item after receipt and inspection where appropriate and confirm the refund decision. We aim to issue an approved refund to the original payment method within five business days of approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. This processing target does not postpone a refund required sooner by applicable law.

International orders

For an international order, contact Support before arranging a return. Customs paperwork and the treatment of import duties, taxes or carrier charges depend on the actual shipment and local rules; we cannot guarantee that a customs authority or carrier will refund those amounts.

Preorder cancellation

An unshipped preorder may be cancelled for a full refund of all amounts actually paid toward that order. If only the $99 product deposit was collected, the product refund is $99 per unit, plus any other refundable amounts actually charged. After full payment, all collected preorder payment is refundable on qualifying cancellation. Contact Support with your order reference. Customer self-cancellation remains disabled.

If Alpine Siege determines that your application cannot be supported, no remaining balance is collected. We cancel the unfulfilled preorder and refund the amounts actually collected, preserving its history. If production timing changes materially, you may continue waiting or cancel before shipment for a full refund of amounts actually paid.

Lexus LX470 — Estimated delivery: Q1 2027. Toyota Land Cruiser — Estimated delivery: Q2 2027. These are estimates. Production release requires exact application validation, production readiness and successful full payment.

If Alpine Siege determines during final validation that the production controller cannot support the 2003 LX470 application, the preorder will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Your rights

This policy is in addition to consumer rights that cannot be waived. Where applicable law provides a different or stronger cancellation, return or refund right, that law applies.
