Shipping policy

Shipping availability, charges and options are shown for your actual order and destination before payment. Product availability and any stated production timing appear in the product listing.

Production, processing and dispatch

Production time is the time needed to make a product where applicable. Processing is preparation of an available order for shipment. Dispatch means the parcel has been handed to the carrier; creating a shipping label alone is not dispatch.

Any product-specific production or processing estimate will be stated with the offer. We do not promise an unstated batch date or lead time. If a stated shipment estimate changes materially, we will contact you with the revised timing and the applicable cancellation or refund options.

Delivery estimates

Carrier transit begins after dispatch. A transit estimate is separate from production and processing time and is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly offered as such. Choosing an express service does not shorten production or processing time.

Tracking information will be provided when available. If tracking stalls, an item arrives damaged, or a parcel appears missing, contact Support with the order reference so we can investigate with the carrier.

Charges and destinations

HVAC shipping is available to the United States at no charge, and to these selected international destinations: Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Singapore at $35 USD; United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman at $50 USD. Rates are per order / HVAC shipment, not per unit. All other international destinations are unavailable. Other products retain their own shipping terms and availability.

International duties and customs

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs charges, or carrier brokerage fees. Unless explicitly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations and returns

See the Return and refund policy and Warranty for the applicable process. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

100 Series HVAC preorder fulfillment

Lexus LX470 — Estimated delivery: Q1 2027. Toyota Land Cruiser — Estimated delivery: Q2 2027. These are estimates. Production release requires exact application validation, production readiness and successful full payment.

For Land Cruiser reservation applications, $99 is due today toward the product. Only after the exact application is validated and the order is cleared to proceed, Alpine Siege sends an invoice for the remaining $1,100 per unit. The customer pays the invoice; Alpine Siege does not automatically charge the stored card. Production remains on hold until payment succeeds. Sending an invoice or releasing a fulfillment hold is not payment or shipment. A failed payment preserves original priority and consumes no production allocation.

AS-100-HVAC shipping

Free U.S. shipping. Selected international HVAC shipping is $35 or $50 USD per order / shipment, not per unit. Other products may add their own shipping charges. Taxes calculated at checkout where applicable.

Technical availability of shipping or checkout does not establish regulatory approval for a destination.
