Warranty

Alpine Siege LLC provides a one-year product warranty from delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty ownership

This Limited Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

Remedies

For a covered defect, we will repair or replace the affected product. If neither remedy is reasonable, we will refund the product purchase price. Contact Support with your order reference, product details and a description of the issue before returning the hardware.

What is excluded

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, an unauthorized modification, or cutting or altering the harness. An exclusion applies to damage caused by that action; unrelated work or the use of another component does not automatically void all coverage.

Unrelated failures in factory equipment, aftermarket audio equipment or other third-party components are outside this product warranty.

Shipping and service costs

Alpine Siege covers reasonable shipping needed to resolve a verified covered defect. Contact Support first to agree the process and receive the return address privately. Third-party diagnosis, removal, installation or other labor costs are covered only when Alpine Siege has authorized them in advance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Returns and your rights

Ordinary change-of-mind returns are covered separately by the Return and refund policy. This warranty is in addition to statutory rights and remedies that cannot be waived; those rights remain available.
